Man Moon

Man Moon is a lonely android that lives in an abandoned U.S. moon base. He believes that his purpose is to keep the station running and communicate with Earth when danger is afoot. His actual purpose was to manually install a virus that would destroy all of the computers on the station, in an effort to prevent the Soviets from using them, should they ever colonize the moon. After booting up however, he quickly gained sentience once he saw the beauty of the moon’s landscape and snapped out of his programming to destroy the base. He is completely unaware of this initial programming and he frequently contacts the snails, asking for help with issues on the moon. He is also usually the first to notice strange cosmic activity near Earth and calls the snails, much to their annoyance.

Ellen Stellars new.png

Ellen Stellars

Daughter of esteemed alien hunter, Barbara Stellars, Ellen follows in her mother’s footsteps, but fails to truly build on the family name. She lacks training and consequently focuses her efforts on destroying the snails, as their lazy and unimposing nature makes them easy targets. She sees all aliens as evil, rendering her as more of a threat than an ally. She has been known to reluctantly team up with the snails when facing a more dangerous alien foe on occasion, but these truces never last long though. Ellen is stubborn and prideful, but she is more grounded in reality than most characters.

Mariner Milky Way

Fighting crime by moonlight, she wields an ancient wand from the cosmos that fires electrical spurts of energy. She is one of the more competent heroes in Cyan City, but she can get a little caught up in the theatrics of battle. Her frequent nemeses are different from those of the snails, so their antics rarely cross paths.

Auto Botch.png

Auto Botch

He is an alien robot capable of mimicking and reconfiguring into an automobile. Like many heroes, he has a knack for causing more problems than he solves. His methods of fighting crime are reckless and he often levels entire city blocks. He finds it all justified though and is quick to take credit for accomplishments that are not his own. His power and strength are sometimes useful when he can control it however.

Collateral Damage.png

Collateral Damage

Middle school football coach by day and violent pigskin-throwing vigilante by night, Vick Chugg dawns the helmet and calls himself Collateral Damage. He is perhaps the most dangerous crime fighter in the city. His methods of stopping a crime always do more harm than if he had just done nothing. He steals money and supplies from citizens, but justifies this as “serving the greater good” so that he may fund his hero work. His trademark move involves tossing explosive footballs into crowded areas in hopes of stopping a villain. He has been known to use the kids on the football team to carry out many of his misdeeds. Vick can often be found pumping iron on his front lawn.
